We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Ocean Heights just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

Check in is between 3pm-6pm on the day of your arrival and check out is between 9am-11am.
There is parking for two cars on the property driveway. Additional parking is available on the same road or adjacent roads.
Children are very welcome at Ocean Heights. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request. The cot is a Hauck Dream n Play, with a mattress, and cot sheets are provided; however, guests are welcome to bring their own cot linen. Please note, parents should always supervise children as there is no fencing around the swim spa pool, and there is a drop from the terrace to the garden below (1.5m).
Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed at Ocean Heights, subject to a fee of £150 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs, in bedrooms or on soft furnishings.
Respectful hen and stag parties are sometimes permitted, subject to prior agreement with the property owner. Please contact us before booking to discuss.
Yes, you can order online with Tesco, Sainsbury's or M&S for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 3pm on the day of arrival.
The dining table can seat up to 12 guests.

Additional day guests may be allowed, subject to prior agreement, at a charge of £50 per guest. Day guests must leave the property by 10pm.

Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £2,500 during your stay at Ocean Heights. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
