In a village surrounded by the picturesque South Downs National Park and the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this 16th century farmhouse is a picture-perfect bolthole for family gatherings. Original, hand-hewn beams tell of its history in almost every room, highlighted by the calming neutral tones of the décor. And modern luxuries such as the hot tub and outdoor pool, mean you can relax and enjoy every second of your stay.
Start your days with bacon and eggs, farmhouse style, cooked on the Aga and eaten in the long conservatory. Spill out into the large garden, where you’ll find the oval-shaped swimming pool, hot tub and sociable seating for everyone. After a day at one of the local beaches, exploring the Roman, cathedral city of Chichester, or birdwatching on the salt marshes, return for a barbecue by the pool. Or, on colder evenings, enjoy pre-dinner drinks in the cosy cottage sitting room, warmed by the glow of the wood fire. Serve dinner in the low-beamed dining room, where the pianists in your party will also be delighted to find the baby grand piano.
The five comfortable bedrooms in the main house ooze charm and serenity, with the beams adding character and warmth, while the separate ground floor annexe has an additional bedroom sleeping two, plus a bathroom and kitchen living area. We’ve tried to think about everything to make your stay at Willow Row Farm just perfect. In all of our big houses to rent, we provide all the essential features to cater for a large group. Here’s a list of all the practical provisions we have at the house. If there’s anything you can’t see here but need, just ask as we’ll see what we can do.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is at 10am.

How many cars can park at the property?
There is parking for 5+ cars at the property.

Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome at Willow Row Farm. One travel cot and one highchair are available on request (please bring your own cot linen). Please note, parents should supervise children at all times around the outdoor pool (no fencing) and the hot tub area. There is also a pond in the grounds.

Are pets allowed?
Up to three well-behaved dogs are allowed at Willow Row Farm, subject to a fee of £75 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.

Are stag and hen parties allowed?
Stag parties are not permitted at this property. Respectful hen parties (over 25s only) are sometimes permitted, but only with express permission from the property owner prior to booking. Please contact us to discuss.

Can I arrange a supermarket delivery to the house?
Yes, you can order online with Waitrose, Tesco or Sainsbury's for a delivery direct to the house. We usually suggest booking a delivery for after 4pm on the day of arrival.

How many guests can sit at the dining table?
The main dining room table can seat up to 12 guests. The dining table in the conservatory has bench seating and can seat around 10 guests (12 at a squeeze).

Will you hold a damage deposit during our stay?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £500 during your stay at Willow Row Farm. This is requested just two weeks prior to your stay, and is returned shortly after, assuming no damage to the property or its contents (see our Booking T&Cs for more information).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 33% of the total price, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to your stay (or the full balance when booking within 12 weeks of your stay).
